My first ever charging attemp with an EV. Charger closer to the dealer entrance did not wake-up to accept payment, but the outer charge station worked fine for Tap & Pay. Ford staff were helpul. Fairly quick charge, CSS. No amenities around but not far off the highway 401.

The only issue with these chargers is that if it approves your credit card and then a network error occurs you will be charged the full $50 even though it won't let you charge your vehicle. This has happened to me 4 times. If it happens to you the best way is to dispute it with your credit card company because the dealership will not have a record of it and when I called Nayax they told be to just dispute it with my credit card company.

These are the fastest CCS chargers in Woodstock as of October 2024. The price is good. Starting the charge was easy enough. Unfortunately there are drawbacks: credit card only payment and no receipt. The location doesn't have much to offer to pass the time. The chargers are not tall and have no visible queues to guide a driver to a working available parking spot. The chargers work in a dealership parking lot but this design would be at a disadvantage in a public parking lot next to the latest ChargePoint or Flo charger.
