I tried to call the customer service 4 times this morning, but I kept waiting maybe for 40 minutes, my car was dead and had to call a tow truck cost me 450$ just to tow the car away, they don’t have anything to do with customer service If there is something less than one star I will give it to this company Don’t recommend at all

Tried charging at this place twice with no luck, first time all chargers were out and second time it never went beyond initializing. It kept asking me to connect and disconnect the charger and then nothing. Also, though it is advertised as fast charger, you can only select 40kwh. Extremely Disappointed

As noted in the other reviews, this station is hit or miss with charging speeds. We were only able to get just under 50 kW.

Sometimes it is actually fast, gives you around 95Kw/hr but some times as low as 40Kw/hr while selecting 150Kw/hr. So not very reliable. Worst thing is, it disconnects and stopped charging. Then you need to restart and pay again for the connection fee.
