The curbs have been built so far back you cannot get close to charge with an f150 lightning

There’s a lot of reviews saying there are lots of non-electric cars and employees parking there due to an issue with the property management/parking situation. It seems like that has been resolved - today I went and all spots were open and ready for business.

There are 12 charger here in Maple ridge square parking lot and they are usually open.

I hope the stuff parking issue is solved. The property manager had made a poor decision to keep these parking spots as overflow parking for stuff. It need to be understood that changing spots are like gas pumps for regular cars, imagine pulling to one of the very few gas stations and see all pumps with cars that are not filling with gas, just parked there. You’ll get mad especially if there is practically no other gas station around. On the other hand don’t leave threatening notes. In general it’s wrong for gas cars to park in those spots but just in this case there is a reason.

All of these are tesla charging stations AND staff parking for the staff of local businesses. Management has confirmed with the property manager that these spots are still to be used as staff overflow parking. Unfortunately the people who have been using the chargers have felt the need to consistently leave threatening notes on the cars of the staff members who are required to park there and are simply trying to go to work. If we park elsewhere in the lot we get tickets. We are just parking where we have to park so please try to be understanding. Obviously if someone needs a spot to charge their vehicle (and they let us know there were no chargers available) we would temporarily move our cars so they can charge. Again it’s staff overflow parking, we move our cars if another staff spot opens up and we have a second to go and move our cars. If we don’t park in areas designated by the property manager as staff parking/ staff overflow parking we are given tickets. Please try to be understanding, we’re just trying to go do our jobs and we don’t deserve to be harassed for going to work.
