EV charging station card pinpad is not reading and working properly. Downloaded the app and it authorized but the cable didnt work.

Tapped credit card and processed payment but charger never started. There were 4 plugs. 2 were out of order.

Rated at 200 kw/hr, the charger oscillated between 80 and 133 kw/hr. I’d say it’s pretty quick but not as advertised. After a few minutes going from 80 to 130 it settled to a steady 83. One of the two machines had a problem with the credit card portion. They have two machines with four hookups. None of the other cables were in use. My car was pre conditioned, the outside temp was -4 Celsius.

They have 4 DC fast chargers each providing up to 200kw. BUT, they didn’t deliver anything close to 200. I was there around 11:00pm and no one else was using them. It started out at 176KW and dropped to 6 after about 5 minutes. I tried all 4, the first bank would deliver no more than 52KW, I even tried the other bank (bank 2) a coupon more times hoping for something close to 150+ but had no luck. I wouldn’t go expecting anything more than 50kw max.
