Very slow charger, 19-20 kW/h. Sat in the car for 45 minutes. Got 15. kWh energy then left . 11-12 kWh energy charged to the battery. The rest used for the heater heating up the car. It was -22 degrees outside. It needs to be much faster. Expecting minimum 45-50kW/h rate

Was not sure what to expect as I arrived. Was happy with the charging speeds. We were not sure what was around the area since it was our first visit here and had no clue where we could go for a quick walk. On the second visit, on our way home, we were able to see the different places around the area if we needed to stretch our legs. (McDonald's, Starbucks, car wash, sub shop, Tim's Horton, etc) It is nice touch for the garbage cans to be handy near the chargers.

Preconditioned before arriving, so my battery was nice and toasty. Arrived with nobody else here. I plugged in and only got 27 KW/160 KM/HR..what the hell?! When I plugged in, my screen said that the charging speed was being limited by station owners! Pissed...this is the first time I've ever had charging issues at a Tesla station.

The chargers are of the newer heavy duty type pushing out over 500km/hr. Car wash located nearby. Saw a nice Cadillac SUV charging there as well.

The charging stations look fancy, but they claim to deliver 325kW. The highest speed I’ve actually seen is only around 110–115kW. Not sure what’s going wrong—definitely disappointed with the charging performance. 🎭
