Ottawa, ON - Tesla Supercharger

First of all, its a paid parking, so you need to pay for the parking and the charge. Well, the manager should at least clean the parking to be honest! It sometimes smell poop in there. Its also on the P3 parking where it’s the place where the internet is so bad.

Not a full speed charger. You have to pay to park here. Nothing is open after 8 pm, not even the bathroom. Half the elevators were shut down (including the one nearest the charger) and the front door to the mall was locked.. tailgated back in but will not be stopping here again unless the mall is open.

Do not go here. Worse location for a charger, as it’s in P3 so when you go into the mall there is no connection and you cannot monitor your charge. Also you have to pay a parking fee in this garage on top of your charging fee. It’s a 72 kWh charger not a 150 or 250, so on top of a pricy rate, it’s slow as well. Overall, avoid if you are looking for a charge passing Ottawa, there’s a 325kwh charger 10 mins east.

The entrance was hard to find as the directions took me to the red lot, the green lot is what you’re looking for, see attached photo. At first I thought this was a deliveries entrance only as the other lots are open air. There are some small Tesla signs to follow from there though which is great. Then it’s row to P3 and some tight turns. Sucks that the capital doesn’t have more accessible supercharging as you have to pay for parking.
