Tried to download the app. Signed up and they were to send a security code. It never came. Tried again never came. Left frustrated. I am glad that it is at least a fast change I hope others don't have the same problem I had.

Why do Tim's/station staff ICE the EV charging stalls??? While the chargers themselves provide a top quality DC fast charge including a NACS cable, it's not always possible (like tonight) to get into the stall that I ideally need for the NACS plug for where my charge port is located because staff at this place use the EV stalls for their personal parking of their ICE vehicles! Why don't they park in front of a gas pump instead? It's interesting that this Ultramar station wants to promote their truly quality EV chargers while at the same time use the stalls for staff parking? #frustrating

The EV station it self is great but every time I have come here the staff at the gas station and the Tim Hortons is parked in the EV station and they do not have electric cars. I get it’s a busy place but you are loosing customers
