Hopeless interface and even worse app. The 400 KW charger does not accept credit cards directly.

Had to use one of the older units with credit card tap-to-pay since I'm visiting from the States and I can't get the app, but still charging at a respectable 177 kW.

First, app wouldn't install if your phone is set to a country besides CA. Then, you have to set up an account with a Canadian phone number for verification. Absolutely ridiculous, like they genuinely don't want our money.

Tried two of 400 level chargers and both failed. Gave up and went to Tesla and no problem and $0.31 vs $0.42.

Terrible and unreliable. When they first put these in they worked on. The last three times we've come through they've had issues (where others with fine) including: * Charged at a snail's pace for no obvious reason * Connected but never actually started charging process * Started charging, added 10% then failed with an error while the app indicated it was still charging and didn't notify Other charges in Hope seem more reliable, and I've had reasonable luck with "on the run" in other citie so it's definitely a charger/location issue and not the vehicle itself
