*THIS STATION CAN ONLY SUPPORT 2 VEHICLES* If 2 vehicles are charging and a 3rd one shows up and plugs in, all 3 charges will stop as the station cannot handle it. When I called customer service, they said “we didn’t expect this much traffic at this location” (Horrible excuse). Max kW I ever got was 46 on multiple EV’s that support a lot faster. If you’re in a pinch and need to charge and none are occupied, go for it. If you see 2 cars there already, don’t bother.

I left a very bad review of this location. It never seemed to be functioning. I have recently charged 3 times without issue. It has an easy tap to pay system that doesn't require an app. I can appreciate that. Preauthorization is $50 to use

The charging speed is very slow. On the meter it shows 86 and in my car it says 75. This is a scam. Also at least 1 time you will face charging interruption and resulting it you will pay 2-3 times the initial 1$ fee. Ridiculous… They claim up to 125, I have never even seen 105kwh.

EDIT: 25 minutes in and its down to under 30kW see attached.. 1 hour over, 2 chargers, 23% WOWWW This is hands down the slowest charger I've had the displeasure of using.. It actually decreased from 38 to 33kW in 15 minutes on a near empty battery. Tried 2/3.. no changes. Not the first time here either.. slow the last time in June this summer.. definitely a money grab despite Jule claiming they're working on a per kW payment.. still the same.. I guess they're still banking too much money charging by the minute on their so called 200kW chargers that dont go over 40.. coincidence?? 🤔 why is it a timed payment plan anyway?? Everything believe is consumption based.. well it makes sense if you're only putting out 32kW and claiming 200. Imagine if gas stations charged my the time it tool to fill and the pumps only trickled gasoline.. 1litre per minutes.. Same thing Jule! When does the greed and gouging end????
