Easy charge, but watch out for shopping carts rolling down the hill when recharging! There's a reason why there's a few parked by the bottom of that road.

Charged there 3 times in the last 7 days and it was painfully slow. I got between 25kw and 60kw with 1 or 2 other cars charging. Temperature was around -15c. For comparison, I stopped twice returning to Montreal today and I got ~150kw with at temperatures of -10c and comparable state of charge despite all stalls being occupied.
