Could not use this charger. You need an app that I could not download because I have a newer android version. No option to pay with credit card.

Worst experience… I plugged it into my car and the charger suddenly had errors and I couldn't detach the charger. I downloaded the app but due to so many confusing I had downloaded the wrong app when they looked the exact same. Such here for over 2 hours trying to get help yet the ppl inside don't me to call support. You would assume “7charge Canada” was the right but but no it's the “7charge”. So much back and forth the support cause they kept telling me I didn't had an account when if I downloaded the right up and I explain and she's just as confused why is wasn't working

First time I tried to use this one months ago it didn’t work, but they seem to have updated it and as of August ‘25 I’m making and updated review because this one us honestly one of the fastest ones I’ve ever used and I’ve charged everywhere from Surrey to Salmon Arm, lol.

Both kiosks refused to let me pay with my credit card, I had to yet another stupid app and give them email and phone number. At least they didn't demand a minimum balance or something.

23$ for 40min of charging. . BC Hydro stations cost so much less. This is just silly pricing
